We generally publish pieces in the following formats.

• Essays: 3,000 – 10,000 words
• Stories: Up to 10,000 words
• Translations: Up to 10,000 words
• Notes: 300 – 3,000 words

If you have a piece that does not fit neatly into these or another standard format, we may still be able to accommodate your contribution.

Images

Synkrētic is published as a print journal in greyscale on creme paper. Any images to be included in your submission must be reproducible within those constraints. You must have the permission of the rights holder to reproduce any image, and must provide us evidence of the same.
